Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax or the waiver fee.
Q.What areas do you deliver to?
A.We deliver to Clermont, Minneola, Montverde, Mascotte, Groveland, Winter Garden, Gotha, Oakland, Astatula, Howey-in-the-hills.
Q.How long is is each rental for?
A.The standard rental time is 24 hours; however, this can be shortened or extended to meet your party needs. There is an extra fee if the time is extended past the given 24 hours.
Q.Are your bounce houses and water slides clean?
A.Absolutely! Cleanliness is our top priority. Every inflatable rental is cleaned and sanitized before it is stored, and we perform a secondary wipe-down upon delivery at your home to ensure a germ-free environment for your guests.
Q.Do I need to keep the blower plugged in the whole time?
A.Yes. The blower must remain on the keep the unit inflated. We require a dedicated outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If you are setting up further away or at a park, you will need to rent one of our Generator Rentals.
Q.What surfaces can you set up on?
A.We can safely set up on grass (preferred), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on any type of rock or gravel, as the friction can damage the vinyl of the bounce houses.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a $50 credit card deposit. This is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your event. For cancellations made 2-6 days prior, we issue a rain check valid for one full year.
Q.What size are your bounce houses and water slides?
A.Sizes vary by unit. Most of our standard bounce houses are 15'x15', but our water slides and obstacle courses can be much larger. You can find exact dimensions and the "space required" for setup on each Product Page.
Q.What happens if the inflatable gets damaged?
A.You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, damage caused by negligence or failure to follow safety rules (like leaving the blower on in high winds) may result in repair costs. We provide a full safety briefing and contract upon booking to ensure you are a confident operator.
Q.How many blowers does an inflatable need?
A.Each unit requires 1-2 blowers, depending on the type of inflatable. This specific information is located on the information section of the items page.
